Mr. Eric Shehadeh is a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of experience in leading large organizations and complex financial operations across international markets. He currently serves as Head of Financial Services Transformation and Development at Al-Futtaim and is the Founder of SH Capital Group, a boutique advisory firm operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the Netherlands. Mr. Shehadeh advises prominent family offices and businesses in sectors such as retail, real estate, construction, and entertainment. His previous roles include Group Head of M&A and Corporate Development at First Abu Dhabi Bank and President & CEO of My Money Group in France, where he led the landmark acquisition of HSBC Retail France and oversaw a major digital transformation, achieving a 30x return for its private equity owners.

Mr. Shehadeh was appointed to the Board of AMW Capital Leasing and Finance PLC on 25th September 2025.

Mr. Shehadeh’s extensive career includes executive leadership roles at GE Capital across France, the UAE, Thailand, and New Zealand, including CEO of GE Money Bank France, Vice Chairman of GE Capital France, and CFO of Mubadala GE Capital. He has led more than a dozen major M&A transactions globally, with deals spanning France, Portugal, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE.

A graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) and Executive Financial Leadership Program (EFLP), Eric also completed executive education at Harvard Business School. He holds a BA in Political Science from Point Park University and a business degree in Finance and Management Control from ESCP Business School in Paris.
