• Support the implementation of cybersecurity policies and controls.

• Assist in cyber incident handling and reporting.
• Promote awareness of cyber hygiene and information security among staff.
• Make sure all IT assets of the company are secured from cyber threats.
• Enhance the existing cyber technologies of the organization.
• Assist in maintaining core IT infrastructure, systems, and branch-level connectivity.
• Provide technical support to users and coordinate with external vendors.
• Implement data backup and recovery procedures, ensuring business continuity

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices, Concepts and willingness to pursue certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, CISM).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role..
