The IT & Digitalization Executive is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of systems, networks, and software applications. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day tech operations, helping end users with technical problems, and contributing to IT projects that drive business efficiency and innovation.

• SQL Server maintenance and Database querying.
• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and user access controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve tech-related challenges.

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server Administration, Database querying & Programming, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience in MIS and reporting.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
