Mr. J. G. Travis Roche is an accomplished finance professional with over 30 years of experience across manufacturing, financial services, and IT sectors. He currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Director of Hitachi Channel Solutions Group, a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., Japan, overseeing operations in Sri Lanka and the Philippines. He also sits on the boards of Hitachi Channel Solutions Philippines and MegaLink Ltd Philippines.

Mr. Roche is an Independent Non-Executive Director of PickMe, a publicly listed company on the Colombo Stock Exchange, and was appointed to the Board of AMW Capital Leasing and Finance PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective 17th January 2025.

He was a co-founder of Global Systems Solutions Ltd (GSS), once the largest BPO in Sri Lanka, and continues to serve as a financial consultant to its board and senior management. His prior roles include serving at Brandix Lanka Ltd and Ernst & Young, gaining broad exposure across industry sectors.

Mr. Roche is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and an Associate Member of ACCA (UK) and the Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. In addition to his corporate work, he has been actively involved in public speaking, Toastmasters leadership, and soft skills training.
